Residency & Citizenship Path

By purchasing property in Greece, you can obtain residency within 3 to 6 months. Investment thresholds depend on location: €800,000 in Attica, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, and other islands with populations over 3,100; and €400,000 in all other areas.

The purchase must be for a single property of at least 120 sq.m. Alternatively, you can qualify by investing €250,000 or more in a listed property requiring renovation or in a commercial property converted to residential use. Residency extends to your spouse, dependent children under 21, and both sets of parents. After 7 years of living in Greece, you may apply for citizenship.
